Sportsman's Dream: Offshore Day Fishing Trip Six lucky fishermen will embark from Galveston for a day of fishing and fun on a 60' Viking yacht, captained by the top private captain and fishing guide in the area. Two-time Super Bowl champion Vince Wilfork of the Houston Texans and celebrity chef Bryan Caswell of Reef will join you on this incredible excursion. On board, Chef Caswell will prepare a fisherman's feast, including the day's catch, in the style that earned him two James Beard nominations. Excursion includes a full day with an Orvis guide, local transportation, beverages, use of an Orvis fly rod and reel, waders, boots, tackle, and flies.
